The Trophée Roses des Andes experience is open to all the women who wish to participate in a human, athletic and solidarity adventure in the heart of a remote territory: the Altiplano of Argentina.

Confirm your registration 60 days before the adventure begins

*In case of unexpected circumstances, the 800€ (1200 $CAD) down payment can be kept for the following year's edition or be refunded up to 700€ (1050 $CAD)
(50€ / 75$ CAD per team members as administrative costs)

Prepare for the rally

Once you have pre-registered for the rally, the adventure begins. Preparing for the rally is an essential part of the project. During each phase, your team will benefit from the support of a personal coach, member of the organization:

  • Definition of the budget
  • Creation of an association to ensure a legal framework to your project
  • Identification of your contact network, your opportunities, the list of the companies that could sponsor you, the different financing activities
  • Creation of your book: the file that you can use to present your team to your potential sponsors and your motivations to participate in the adventure. You will receive a guideline.
  • Access the participants area
  • Useful tools provided for your preparation: models of a typical presentation book for your sponsors, the articles of the association, the sponsorship conventions, the solidarity file, the detailed budget, purchase orders of financing goods, royalty free pictures, posters and logos
  • Contact with former participants: you are part of the community of the Roses

A team beside you in order to help you

Your coach will guide you to adapt your preparation according to your agenda, your needs and your desires. You will be able to contact her regarding any questions, to share with her your possible difficulties and successes. She will guide you as well as she can to help you and gather the needed funds in order to start the adventure. You will be able to reach her via email, telephone, Skype, or to meet her at the agency or during any coaching session organized in your region.
